     these landlords are out of their little leech minds

     I'm looking through an apartment listing in charlotte and it's one of those that not only has an egregious $300 pet deposit, but $20 a month pet "rent" as well. But they specify cats and dogs, and underneath list separately... Fish Deposit. And. Fish RENT!

     FISH RENT

     $300 for the right to own a fish!

     $20 a month in FISH RENT!!!! WHAT FISH YOU KNOW PAYS RENT????
