Just filed discrimination paperwork against someone for not hiring me. They didn’t hire me for being a Straight White Male. Proof: they rejected my application and they have a DEI report harping about how much they value diversity, which explicitly brags about how many women, blacks, and LGBT people they hired. This is functionally a confession that all three things factored into their decision to not hire me.
