  @alberto_cottica I do the one where I can only eat 12-8 each day. So sixteen hours. The problem is if I happen to eat dinner too early during that window. Also I just have low blood sugar or something so my body is sensitive to not eating. But, IM has helped me lose weight a surprising amount so far!
