   honestly, i have to thank fedi that i can be more open about myself, even irl with friends and family

     idk, since i joined fedi, people on here made me realized that i can be more open talking about my adhd, especially with friends. idk what held me back tbh. maybe i was scared of getting rejected, maybe i didn't feel like they need to know? i really don't know.
     
     those are some long time friends, we know each others for decades and i never really told them till last year or so. i do think that some of them did already know it in some way or at least suspected as much. i don't really care tho.
     
     since i told them, it kinda felt like a big burden disappearing on myself. a burden i haven't realized i had before joining fedi. idk its hard to explain

     @puniko Witzig und nett zu wirken waren klare Entscheidungen meines Social-Media-Teams für unseren Fediverse-Auftritt, das Team wird sehr erfreut sein, dass dies auch so ankommt.

     Knuffig war nicht beabsichtigt, erscheint aber durchaus auch eine für das Fediverse zuträgliche Zuschreibung zu sein, daher nehme ich das gerne so mit.
