   I swear if one more chat bot pops up on my screen while shopping for a car I might scream. I dont want to 'talk' to AI. Are there people who actually believe these things are real? You will never replace ACTUAL customer service or human beings.

     @Mummabear @TheCM so my work website has one of these. And the chat messages just go straight into my crm. But if you really want to talk to person, just send an email. It's easier for everyone.
