   @freestyle blocklists are lists made by some entitled individuals to convince admins to block other instances. in a nutshell:
   "those 254 instances are literally hitler, better block them or you're a bigot!"
   "what did they do?"
   "consider yourself number 255 on that list!"
   
   literally happened countless times. sometimes reasons are completely made up or bullshit reasons like "weird german instance name" (referred to absturztaube)
   
   asking about the blocklist is the quickest way to end up on the blocklist
