   How is the resource usage of Firefox?

   When I was using Firefox on Linux, 6 months ago, it seemed poor.

   ...

   Alternatively, Firefox Focus on Android seems decent.

     If you don't have a real practical reason why you need to use one of the chromium based browsers (which is all of them if you didn't know) I strongly encourage you to move to firefox. If you believe this latest work is "drm for the web" or not, to go from "it's just a proposal" to a massive commit in practice in a few days is not good community. They are driving that for their own goals.
