Boomer Unions: waaahhhh why aren’t young people excited about unions any more

Also Boomer Unions: put out press releases saying “We Won!” then at the very bottom “oh yeah btw, our members still have to vote. But we have one rank and file worker on the negotiating committee, see???”

Some of these big unions like the #Teamsters are just as authoritarian as the companies, at the end of the day. I’m interested to see what Teamsters For A Democratic Union, and other worker-led rank and file groups, have to say once they’ve actually reviewed the proposal. #UPS
