   7. remove those legal limitations but do nothing to actually solve any of the problems caused by 300 years of slavery and genocide

     • euros go to India, enslave and kill people there
     • euros want Chinese goods, so they make Chinese become drug addicts with Indian opium.
     • when Chinese try to stop drug imports, euros fight two wars about it, finally winning and taking bits of territory as compensation for Chinese insolence of not wanting to be drug addicts.
