@arsebiscuit They played the vid on the screen while they played Mad World last night! I actually didn't realize it was Roland dancing (there was smoke over the screen), I assumed it was Curt.
Gawd, Curt was like the dreamiest man alive back then. They are both still handsome old men but fuck. Couple a hotties back then.
The visuals at the show were so good last night. New vids I haven't seen, classic old vids, lots of fun kaleidoscope and smoke type visuals. SOOO MUCH FUNNNNNNNN :D

@Piss_Ant I still raise a smile every time I watch the Mad World video and see Roland throwing those shapes. Man, he could fucking move!

@Piss_Ant Roland wrote the song, but it was when he heard Curt sing it that it fell into place.
You're gonna hate me for this, but I think the Gary Jules version makes me think about the lyrics more.

@arsebiscuit No the Gary Jules version is excellent and I love Donnie Darko :blob_melt_sob:
It's funny, my friend who was at the show with me thought TFF was doing a cover of the Donnie Darko song :blob_cat_giggle:

@arsebiscuit I mean, yes, but I am also just as surprised every time I hear a song from the 60s or 70s and find out it's a cover of an earlier song lol.

@Piss_Ant It always fucking amazes me when people hear a song nowadays and not realise that it's a cover of a song from the 60s or 70s.
