   experimented today with making Malaysia's iconic Ramly Burger with an impossible patty and I think I might be done with making burgers any other way

   the patty has white pepper, curry powder, and Maggi sauce mixed into it, and then it's covered with an omelette-like egg wrapping and topped with chili sauce

   the recipe I used didn't mention black pepper sauce but most of the other ones I've read now do, so I'll definitely be trying that next time

   A+++ flavor, the curry powder and Maggi especially make it stand out
