     "Remember, kids, just buy a house that fits well in your budget. You'll make it work. Also, the value of my house doubled in nine years! Isn't that an anomaly?!?"
     
     So... the value of your house doubled in nine years, but what happened to our spending power, the value of the dollar? Just... "make it work?" Alright.
