   Unpopular opinion, but I have very little sympathy for artists being replaced by AI. If you're already a starving artist, you lost nothing, and you only gained opportunities. If you're such a great and creative artist, then come up with the best prompts and do 10x more! This sounds like whiny people who don't want to put in effort to learn a new technology. The world is changing around us all the time. Adapt!

     @alex Artists should start running the most proprietary of software and using SaaSS and therefore become 100% reliant on proprietary software (or software that they don't even have the copies), despite how such access can be revoked at any time and that happens often, even if you're willing to pay the ridiculous rent?
     
     How would doing that be anything but a maladaption?
