Looks like the Fifth Circuit sided with the DOJ in that crazy case out of Louisiana blocking the Biden Administration officials from talking to social media companies.
This is the preliminary injunction stuff, but hugely important.

  Anyone want #FunReadingLegalDocuments Here is the DOJ's motion to block a Louisiana's judge's nutso emergency injunction barring federal officials from communicating with social media firms about moderating content. https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/23870243-missouribidensocialmediastaymotca5071023 What happened so far: The trial judge issued a temporary injunction (used to prevent irreparable harm until the case can be heard.)
