     @puniko @privateger there is something experimental you could do :blobcatgooglypen: you can move all the indexes to the host system without raid protection, while having the data still on the hdds :blabcatverifiedfake:

     and no... thats exactly what we discussed last time...
     
     what i need is new hardware with ssds but the heccing bossman doesn't get his freaking ass up to phase out some servers i could refurbish.. until then i'm stuck with this rusty thing

     @Jain @privateger wir hatten exakt dieses gespräch vor einem jahr oder so. mit den exakt gleichen vorschlägen von dir. weil wir da beide zum schluss gekommen sind, dass die disk io das bottle neck ist
