     The noodles are debatable but all of the little ramen bits make it a better experience imo, if it’s a proper ramen place. What do you like better about pho?

     I was thinking that actually, but ya ramen is better and I’ve gone to a lot of places for both. Maybe you can try making both yourself and see which you prefer, it’s not very difficult.

     The pork belly shouldn’t be “jelly like”, there’s a proper way to cook it where it’s like crispy but also melty soft. But yea pho is more boring, it’s a simpler dish.
