Turns out it’s hard to get real support for diversity in a community predominantly made up of rich white dudes.

“Just let me write code.” 🙉
“It’s not my problem.” 🙉
“That’s between you and him.” 🙉

We can only be a tolerant community if we are consistently, steadfastly, resolutely intolerant of intolerance.
