   Oh. I thought I could follow a hashtag on Mastodon. I can't find the option now...what am I missing?

     You CAN follow hashtags on Mastodon! 👍

     Here's a guide to doing this: https://fedi.tips/how-do-i-follow-hashtags-on-mastodon-and-the-fediverse/

     If you're using the official Android app, this still doesn't include the hashtag following. I would strongly recommend switching to a third party Android app such as Tusky or Fedilab or Megalodon as these all include hashtag following and are generally better anyway.

     I don't think you can follow # but you can search them via the # symbol. You can follow people using # you want to follow
     @feditips is always worth checking for help
