   Italians are good people if you know how to deal with them. I have two italian restauranters as clients. The main key to dealing with italians is to maintain control of the conversation.

     Do you have to tell them to put their hands in their pockets so you can maintain control of the conversation since Italians like to talk with their hands so much?

     Because of my position, they usually listen, though sometimes I do have to kindly shut them down using my rhetorical skills. They are all old families though. One of my clients actually delivered pizzas to my great grandparents when she was a kid.
