I do average 5 or 6. Some days I do feel floored, especially if I had a heavy workout the day before.

If I get 4 to 6 hours of sleep (or less) several days in a row it's like I'm running on autopilot mode. The days kinda blend together too.
Sleep is pretty important and I should probably make a conscious effort to create a better sleep cycle for myself than I currently have.
I got my sleep cycle all mixed up for a bit and need to fix it. I really wish I could be a "morning person" naturally but I haven't been since I was very young.
