     Yes that's exactly what I was speaking towards. Kids need to learn everything dies. No matter how much you love, care, and provide, everything eventually dies. Enjoy the time while you can with whatever it is.

     It's why I continue to say that having pets are important. They have shorter lifespans and teach us how to deal with the trauma of loosing something/someone we love.

     I think one of the hardest things to accept in life is losing people that you care about. The idea that maybe someone who was once there for you or cared for you will not be there to do so again. That's so tragic, but maybe everything is part of God's overall plan.
