people that are claiming that "threads outgrows mastodon in just one day" does not understand basic shit.

threads are basically another service by meta - another "frontend" for instagram where you can login with the same credentials.

ofcourse it has many users from the start - it is not "growth" - is just people loggin in with their existing accounts
