     @MoralPanic never did that, ifi wanted to lose weight, i absicly changed absolutely ntohing about my diet and did more physical activity. other than dropping constant soda to 'once in a while with a burger' soda

     @Zealist They're still around, search "weight loss meal subscriptions" to get an idea of what I'm talking about
     
     Basically you get like 1,200 calories in some shitty frozen dinner like package and you're supposed to pretend you lose weight by eating that garbage because you bought into the scam

     @Zealist I've met several people who told me they only drink soda because they don't like the taste of water. I'll spare you the existential crises I experienced each time I was told that. I enjoy fizzly water too on occasion, I usually just get the seltzer water.
