     Tough for me to follow at this point.
     
     The diversity conversation probably needs to be had. Who’s benefiting, if anyone at this point?
     
     But the obtuse vulgarity (not yours, but perhaps a little less speed to anger would help) coming from people really makes actual conversations difficult.
