   @7666 I disagree. I think BBQ is the most American food. Beef or pork, low and slow, any of four families of sauces, it displays America's versatility and how we make great things out of bits that others would discard.

     @radix023 ehh, BBQ still uses decent cuts of meat and there's a good amount of care and effort involved vs throwing garbage into a tube and selling it to the masses

     what's the most american food? hot dogs. take all the unwanted leftover scraps of random animals, shove it in a tube, and market it as a delicious product for profit

     @shibao @7666 I'm going to disagree on burgers/forcemeat. The Germans are the best at ground meat/sausage. Can you say Bratwurst? Only thing I use in my Shakshouka.
