I've been grading a lot of technical assessments recently and it strikes me that there are no candidates who are using form elements in the implementation for their search – where the semantic _and_ functional benefits would be immediate and take like ... no time or additional effort.

Ramiro (ramiro@xoxo.zone)'s status on Friday, 07-Jul-2023 07:58:20 JST Ramiro @mattly It's a tiny challenge that includes a an html search – and in most contexts ( including this one ) an input field + button _is_ a form, albeit a simple one, and just using a <form> element gives you the benefit of being able to use either the "enter" key _or_ submit button to trigger whatever subsequent actions/ui/requests etc that may happen but no one thinks to do this?
