     I'm actually just going ahead and buying an iPhone cause at this point, I'm done with rooting and switching ROMs all the time.

     Idk if iPhones can work alongside Linux machines. If it doesn't, I might need to reinstall Windows or get a Macbook (which is what I'm hoping for anyway)
