No rational person with anything remotely interesting to say should trust their content to the "cloud". Cloud-hosted accounts have an off-switch controlled by a faceless corporation, which has departments for "moderation" (political correctness) and "online safety" (censorship), but barely an email address for customer support (if any support at all).

The risk is too great that all you have in "the cloud" will vanish because of a decision made by a corporate drone whose name you'll never know.
