Folks, do you know how I might turn the following Twitter list into an RSS feed? I created @anglophonerussia to repost from this list using Nitter, but that’s now kaput, so it broke. (I’m experimenting with Zapier.)

I don't think you can get any public info from Twitter any more.
You would be better off establishing a feed outside a centralised service, so that no one can shut the feed down.
If your feed depends on Twitter accounts, I'm not sure there is anything you can do to get it back. This is why centralised services are so dangerous, and why decentralisation is so important.

All Mastodon accounts have RSS feeds built in (just add .rss to the end of an account's web address) but this doesn't help with getting info off twitter.com.
The only answer I can think of is to find sources outside Twitter as Twitter itself seems to be an unreliable lost cause.
