     @cosmin Nowadays I use Restic, and backup on external storage and/or remote storage.

     @cosmin simple.. dump(8). With a Fibonacci rotation of the levels so to save some disk space and gain some redundancy on incremental without having to roll back lots of backups. Then once per year or so, I’ll take a full backup and toss it on a fresh disk that I store in a box.
