   I've rented two additional vms in different dcs and locations for more resiliency. but what the hell is this cpu steal?

     @kirrus @kite basicly showing that the server was overprovisioned with like 2-4vms per cpu thread and the vm neighbour's are pretty damn noisy if it doesn't drop below 10% median within 20min.

     @SolSoCoG @kite steal is the vm’s host throttling your cpu activity due to activity it’s handling for another vm on the same physical hardware
