   Finished reading The Pushcart War by Jean Merrill, illustrated by Ronni Solbert.

   The story is about the common with looking back traffic conflict occurred between pushcart peddlers and truck transporting industry 2036 NY.

   It’s a classic YA novel writen in 1960s then there are no computers, no internet and no cellphones. But the situations around the conflict moved me.

   Thanks introducing this great book @older !

     @older I really enjoyed it and Introduced it to a young translator friend to challenge the Japanese edition.
