     Not being able to get loans will effect small businesses as well. It’s murder of the economy and by that I mean the means to have people just feed and cloth themselves.

     The vax tax is real. 26 yr old pro basketball player complained about vax injury then died during a stress test. They said his heart was fine before the test. If you want to lower house prices you just need to stop illegal immigration – you kids need to figure that out – as that’s holding entry properties than boomers that will have properties off market even after they’re dead.

     That cartel guy that worshiped death and the neighbors he killed in TX all had houses. You just gott open your eyes. That said the death of CRE it going to skin some fat cats more than anything.

     It’s not a false flag. Millions of people take up space. Look how even large cities can’t handle the influx. I don’t think people are moving back into failed cities anytime soon. The main problem is with small towns doubling in population overnight.

     Small town -> metro area in 3 yrs. Most infrastructure can’t handle that much less revenue that pays for that upgrade. You see the bluest voters/rats fleeing the ship due to crime and “no businesses are open anymore”, but they don’t think why. It’s not just the ones with money jumping ship now. These people on top of the illegals mean that every spot of land has houses on it now or being built… still not enough houses.

     The scam is pretty straight forward

     1. megacorps like immigrants from poor countries because they have lower salary expectations, and they get subsidized by the state so said megacorps don’t even need to pay their full living expenses
     2. dem politicians like immigrants from poor countries because they can buy their votes with social programs

     The young’ns don’t understand the packing problem intersection with urban planning. The failure of the CRE market and lack of loans also means even less multifamily housing. It’s not just SFH getting bought up.

     A lot of rich blues keep buying up ‘investment properties’ as well making those rentals. They’re mostly slum lords at heart, so that’s going to cause even more problems as those aren’t maintained. :3

     I didn’t read the whole thread so I’m not sure what’s actually under contention, but I mean they have to live somewhere, so all else being equal housing will be more scarce (assuming an inefficient housing market, which is a safe assumption most places lol).

     You might have to buy land and build. I see lots being made with roads all the time now far from cities. If you want electric and city water you’re going to be more limited.

     I’ve lived on dirt roads, chinatowns, and even corp cities across the US. In the boom phase there are a lot of restaurants and such to visit. However we’re at the point NYC is banning pizza and ethnic food. The crime and empty shop fronts aren’t a big draw either.

     For example? I said way back banning the fuel types was going to kill ethnic cooking in cities doing it. Banning gas, coals, and wood means a lot of restaurants can’t operate not just home food. You’re just now seeing the reaction as business owners finally figured that out. :shrugz:

     I know tons of people that say they live in cities just for the food. They can walk to a shop. That’s it… convenience.

Gen X are the ones who bought it hook line and sinker, they just got in and got theirs before the fucking boomers had fully trashed everything, now they’re holding onto what they have for dear life and gen Z and us millennials are left fighting for the same table scraps. I guess one thing about Gen Z is y’all at least grew up almost immediately seeing it was bullshit, it took a few years for us to realise the game was rigged from the start 😔.
