     I like them too, but they’re a bit sus about that and I don’t like being lied to. I wonder if there’s any colour at all, I don’t think they can even infer that.

     of course they are fake colors. space photos are all assembled from various sensor readings. they are all digital. a few of them attempt to render what your eye could see but that is boring. it's far more interesting if they include infrared, ultraviolet, x-rays, etc.

     That’s what I said, they’re fake colours. There may be some actual colour tho, we just don’t know. I expect a science oriented agency to present things honestly though.
