     @victor Sounds exactly like my neighbor. Whenever her insanely energetic dog starts jumping around like a retard being tased she starts screaming and freaking out like he has never done it before despite it being a near daily occurrence.

     @victor Exactly. The even crazier thing is we've offered to help her get him under control since he is a bigger dog and she only has one arm. Instead of learning, accepting help, and not repeating the same process daily she would just rather scream in the front yard and yank on his leash.
     
     Sometimes I truly wonder what is going on in her head.
