   No seriously tho, I don't care because the govt's case is so slam dunk they published it in WaPo.

   But yeah, as a matter of fact, you CAN take the 5th in court; but if you go on the fucking news and say "yeah I did the thing they said I did but I feel pretty justified" that is admissible.

   If by SOME miracle he gets out of this one; it's now because they were just too afraid to bring the hammer down.

     Trump's way out of this now is:

     Everyone is a coward

     or

     Chud Rush

     and since he's tried the Chud Rush once without succeeding, and has tried to summon another Chud Rush at least TEN TIMES since then, and failed, I think it's safe to say he does not have any way out except the DoJ losing its nerve.
