One thing I will say I've learned from all these little shitty fascist mini coups we've watched, for all manner of "reasons," the past few years is that we're just, not as good at geography, as a species, as we used to be. We don't perceive the vastness of the countryside properly, and we don't estimate just how hard it is to traverse, let alone control, vast swathes of land correctly anymore.
I don't really care that much because mostly this seems to be working against fascists who think they can just storm City Hall and take over everything; but if we're going to do a PEOPLE'S REVOLUTION, as opposed to a fascist coup, some day - we might need some geographers around to tell us our ideas are silly and it's going to take more time to achieve our objectives.
