This reminds me of ppl that complain about poor ppl not being able to afford housing costs while not realising that flooding countries with government dependent rapefugees dramatically increases them. -

There are plenty of examples of "transactions between consenting parties" that are illegal, and for good reason. In fact, almost all of the law that doesn't cover violent and nonconsensual acts concerns "consenting transactions" that carry negative systemic costs for greater society. -
