   I was gonna say but didn’t want to. How long did you go? There’s a general theory of 3-2-1. Three hours in the smoke, then 2 hours foiled, then an hour for play and finish. I think that’s too much. I’ll usually go about 4-5 hours total. It’s really dialing in to your preference and smoke temp.

     I did 3 and 2 at 250°
     That's it.

     So less time wrapped. That's what I learned.
