Uh no. There will be no guilt-by-association here of "Oh, you are federating with Meta? Well we're not federating with YOU."
The whole idea is that everything is at will. Block, don't block, your decision as the admin.
The thing I've repeatedly heard reiterated in Discord chats with admins is basically "No one says you have to block who we block" everyone makes their own decision about that.
There's no required sign-on. No one needs to meet some kind of "You must block X" requirement. That's a very slippery slope.
The whole boogeyman that "we block people because they don't block the same people we block" is really more about "dude, you don't block anything."
Or "You willingly boost and share content from X."
And that's always been part of the evidence, never the whole evidence.
