   In fact, 130 kwh/month is pretty much. It's 1560 kwh/year, and I am way below with around 950 kwh/year. Or is that the usage of two persons in one flat?

     @henry No AC (unusual in rental appartments in germany), heating via gas burner/water system,
     continuous base consumption per hour is about 4,5kWh per day, a heavy usage day is 10kWh electricity.
