   I keep getting new notifications, then I click the "Notifications" tab and there's nothing new there.

     It sounds like you have switched notifications to "Mentions" mode, which means that if you get notifications for any other reason (such as a boost, favourite etc) it will make the sound but not show any notification.

     If you click on "All" at the top of the notifications section, you will see what the sounds were about.

     @jasonmashak Depending on which app you use, you may have to pull down to refresh the tab or select "Jump to Latest" from the top :-)

     How are you noticing new notifications? Is it just sound, or are you seeing visual notification cues too?

     Hmm... that is weird. I am not sure what is going on if you've got "All" open. Is it still happening?

     I guess in theory someone might post something, trigger a notification and then delete it? But that's unlikely to happen more than once in a row.

     @feditips @3x10to8mps it was only visual, as I didn’t have my sound on at the time.
