   Philippe Descola in Beyond Nature and Culture: “Schemas of practice, consolidated over the course of years of formation, make it possible to adopt to novel situations that are perceived as particular cases of situations already encountered. … schemas are not so much modified by experience as reinforced by it.”

   All reactions to the #climatecrisis are reactions of control. A true alternative would be to stop breathless and to atmit that control is a dream that was never true.

     What if we looked at ourselves as we were some tribe in the remotes of the technological wilderness.

     We face a catastrophe that unfolds from our very habit to confine what we call „#nature“ into hospitable domains: the #climatecrisis.

     It’s the habit of mastery, domination, control. We‘re feeling the threat, but cannot admit that control got out of control. Our habit has to enforce itself. Hence the switch to absolute, to #authoritarian control.
