You know, I've been seeing a lot of takes from people on here that are really mean to those of us who think Twitter is a nazi platform and who just want to NOT engage with it without judgment.
Like we're not asking you to hate Twitter with us, we're just quietly judging you a little, that's all, but all this hostility against those of us that think Twitter is a fascist pile of donkey shit run by an overrated manbaby has to stop, or this will never be a truly welcoming environment.
I get it, you think Twitter is fine, you post there sometimes, but please try to recognize that there are those of us who find negotiation with our enemies intolerable and apologetics about it to be misinformed at best, and just plain shitty at worst.
So please, the next time you want to write a post that judges people who might not want to provide clicks, ad revenue, and engagement for fasicsts, consider how we feel.
We're not just one monolithic group, there's a whole lot of reasons we all come to the same conclusion that Twitter is a dumpster fire of evil that needs to die, and you're helping to keep it alive by feeding it oxygen.
Thankfully, there's room for all of us here, both the people who think Twitter is a Ship-of-Theseus-Parler hotswap changeling trojan horse--AND the people who think that Twitter is merely an idea whose time has come now that we've discovered people-powered internet.
Let people hate things, shit.
