Solidarity from America, human rights abuses and murders against migrants are rampant here especially where I live in the desert near the southern border and it’s heartbreaking to see it happening elsewhere as well, in a just world there would be no borders especially not as an excuse to harm and kill people, here we have “ICE” U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which operates practically unchecked and holds people in detention indefinitely and many people die because of it, and they even detain people that are US citizens because of the color of their skin, most of my Mexican-American and Asian-American friends never leave home without their passport here in the southwest desert for fear of detainment because the ICE agents “don’t believe” they are citizens, not even the law protects individuals and communities here as it’s largely racist

I hope one day we can all see a better world where everyone can live peacefully without fear of violence due to who they are
