Pete Zaitcev (zaitcev@shitposter.club)'s status on Monday, 05-Jun-2023 09:12:53 JST Pete Zaitcev I once used Venix. It was a UNIX for 8086. Of course, there was no memory protection. It used 8086 segment registers to move tasks away from each other as much as possible, but of course it wasn't a guarantee. Also, it had swapping but not paging, just like PDP-11. - Doughnut Lollipop 【記録係】:blobfoxgooglymlem: likes this.
