   Was told by someone that taking ADHD medication as someone that doesn't need it only provides a placebo @kaia, what are your thoughts on that?

     it depends on the medication.
     
     Adderall will calm and focus people with ADHD, but also work for people without. that's why it's a popular student drug. you can become addicted to it and it has some side effects though.

     Shares a lot of the same side effects as other amphetamine-class drugs. Lose of appetite, rapid lose of weigh, and acquiring that gaunt look rocked by junkies.

     yeah, you can spot the Adderall eye movement in kids too, which is different from how people on the ASD spectrum move their eyes, but equally "eerie"
