     @Riedl Ohhhhh it was because the workers unionized. That context was missing from all the headlines I previously saw about the chatbot. It's unfair labor practices every time, I should have guessed.

     @clacke He sounds like a troll, at best… Or at worst, an ignorant racist prick who pretend capitalism and western countries just can't and never do harm anyone, and thinks "It's China" (or whatever non-western country) just because they see a Chinese name (or whatever non-western name)…

     It's not like the headline gives a clear hint that this happened in the USA (any idiot able to take 20 seconds to look for what "NEDA" is, would have guessed)
