If you mean making them show up in menus etc. There's a tool called appimage launcher, but you can also do it manually by creating .desktop files and adding them to specific directories, or use any gui menu editor.
Do keep in mind that you'll also need to remove the .desktop file again after uninstalling the appimage.
I generally recommend using other packaging formats because appimages can only be updated manually. There are some tools that try to automate updates for appimages, but they don't use signing keys to make sure the file is legit, which is a security riskJames Morris likes this. -
