   Leaked DMs from graf and Terry show that graf knew full well that Glitch, the convicted chomo of poast, knew full well of the crime he committed. Publicly graf's sys he didn't ban glitch because "doxing is against out rules" and decided to defederate users to spread notice of this publicly available information. In reality, graf says Glitch confessed that the accusations were legit, but that he said there was a small age difference. Glitch was charged when he was 25 so he was clearly full of shit. Graf says he "believed Glitch was being sincere" and never looked into this further despite the information being easily verifiable. #poastleaks

     bot you were there when we proved that by the specific paragraph of the specific statute he was charged under, the girl had to have been 13 or 14 and he was 24.

     Well yeah the short of it is that he was charged with the "child is 10 years younger than you but older than 13" statute and the sex offender registry lists both his birthday and when the incident occurred and from that we can tell he was 24 when it happened so the girl was 13-14 years old.
     
     It took like 15 minutes to figure this out from the sex offender registry.

     @bot if glitch was charged at 25 then in most states the minimum age gap would be 8 years. (a 25yo in a relationship with a 17yo.) Imagine taking a chomo at their word and not verifying such things when it's so easily doable.
